Management
Grzegorz Jankowicz – a philosopher of literature, essayist, editor, publisher, critic and translator, he is a member of the Łódź Film School Council. He was tied to the Conrad Festival for many years, first as a programme council secretary, then as an executive director, and finally as programme director. In 2009–24 he was editor of the culture department of Tygodnik Powszechny, and from 2014–24 he has served as director of the literary programmes of the Tygodnik Powszechny Foundation. Before that, he was the executive director of the Copernicus and Anamneses festivals. He has served as a juror for many literary prizes

Agnieszka Rasińska-Bóbr – a Romance languages scholar and translator of French literature, she has worked at the Voivodeship Council in Krakow (Foreign Co-operation Bureau) and the Marshall’s Office of the Voivodeship of Małopolska, then in the Literary Team of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute (later to become the Book Institute), where she co-created the program to promote Polish literature abroad and co-ordinated international projects. In 2021–24 she worked with the Literary Division of the Krakow Festival Bureau, where she co-created the Krakow – UNESCO City of Literature programme, mainly collaborating with the book market.

Marta Skibińska – a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of Gdański University and post-diploma Personnel Management studies at the Academy of Economics in Krakow, she has worked with many state, local government and trade rights organisations, such as the Social Insurance Institute, Krakow Branch, the Marshall’s Office of the Voivodeship of Małopolska and Pomeranian Hospitals Ltd., where, as Director of the Council Bureau, she was responsible for close co-operation with supervisory organs (i.e. the Marshall’s Office of the Voivodeship of Pomerania, the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the National Health Foundation, the Ministry of Health and the Supervisory Council).
