Wojciech Górecki at the Più Libri Più Liberi fair in Rome
The meeting attracted great interest; the audience filled the Venere hall to capacity. The author introduced the Italian audience to issues related to Caucasian geopolitics over the past decades. The meeting was led by Andrea Pipino, a well-known journalist for the weekly Internazionale who specializes in Central and Eastern European topics, and translated by the excellent translator Julia Randone.
After the meeting the Polish reporter gave an interview on Rai Radio’s Fahrenheit program. Last year Keller Editore published another of Górecki’s books, Planet Caucasus, and also plans to release the next part of the Caucasian triptych, that is, Toast to the Ancestors.
Più Libri Più Liberi is the most important literary event in Rome. Every year it hosts visits from foreign publishers. This year two Polish publishers were invited to participate: WAM/Mando and Wydawnictwo Poznańskie.
